The Story Behind Arctey Builds
Arctey Builds is a one-person web development studio founded by Althea Kim M. Peria (Tey) — a BSIT student, AWS Student Builder Group Lead, and AI-first developer based in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines.
I started Arctey Builds because I believe every small business deserves access to smart, modern technology — not just the big companies with big budgets. Whether it's a clinic that needs an AI chatbot to answer patient questions, a restaurant that wants a QR menu, or a coach who needs a professional website, I build solutions that actually work and are deployed live from day one.
